Gwen Isaac, Director of Ms Information movie
  • Ms. Information is Gwen Isaac’s second feature documentary. Her first, Where There is Life was described by the NZ International Film Festival as “startling in its candour”. She was a finalist in the London Independent Film Awards, Best First-time director. She cut her teeth in factual formatted and observational documentary for the BBC, ITV and NBC. Her latest film is a dark comedy about her hometown in Aotearoa, New Zealand.

Alex Reed, Producer of Ms Information movie
  • Alex Reed (Bloom Pictures) is a creative producer of documentary and drama content. She started her career working with Ken Loach on films including Land and Freedom, My Name is Joe before returning to New Zealand to research, write and produce a diverse range of stories.

    Her more recent feature credits include the critically-acclaimed intimate documentary The Girl on the Bridge, genre-bending feature, There’s No “I” in Threesome (HBO Max Original) and David Farrier’s 2022 box office hit, Mister Organ, an incredible true story of psychological warfare.

    Alex has a full slate of documentary and narrative projects currently in development.

Phillida Perry, Producer for Ms Information movie
  • Phillida Perry is a creative producer with a background in law, business, and the visual arts. Phillida co-produced Gwen Isaac’s feature documentary Ms. Information that released in 2023 to critical acclaim at NZIFF. Phillida also produced Gwen’s short documentary Siouxsie & the Virus in 2020.

    Phillida co-produced Elinor Teele’s short film Pulling Up Stumps starring Sir Ian Mune & Mark Mitchinson in 2023. She is currently producing Mark Mitchinson’s drama A Lot Was Said Last Night shortlisted for Script-to-Screen’s Fresh Shorts funding opportunity, 2024.

    Phillida is attached to produce and develop Tracey Slaughter’s novella The Longest Drink in Town. She is in post-production on Breaking the Mould & Kunst short documentaries produced and directed by her that key into her first love - art.
